Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The Metadata of the author and all the co-authors is complete in all aspects. Name and affiliations of the author and co-authors have not been mentioned anywhere in the main manuscript file.
- Once submitted there will be no change in author and co-author names and order. Any such requests may lead to rejection of manuscript
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- All the references are written in vancouver style
- The author and co-authors certify that the manuscript has neither been published nor submitted in any other journal for publication.
The following documents should be available at the time of submission;
- Cover Letter by the corresponding author to Editor-in-Chief
- Article, including abstract and references.
- Ethical Approval
- Authors declaration form, filled and signed.
Cover Letter: All submissions should be accompanied by a cover letter that includes a brief overview of the manuscript and the full name, e-mail address, phone number, and mailing address of the corresponding author. The institutional affiliation of all authors should be given, along with their designations and departments. The manuscript should also specify the number of display items (figures and tables), the number of attachments (manuscript, figures, Supplementary Information if any), and their formats. It must include a statement indicating that the article has not been published in another publication and is not being submitted simultaneously to another journal.

- the manuscript is an original work,
- it has not been published previously,

The authors affirm that:
- all listed authors have made substantial contributions to the research,
- all have approved the submitted version, and
- there is no undisclosed conflict of interest.
The corresponding author accepts responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of authorship information and communication with the journal.
4. Permission for Third-Party Materials
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reuse or reproduce any copyrighted material (e.g., figures, tables, images) included in the manuscript. Documentation of such permissions must be provided upon request.
5. Compliance with Ethical Standards
Submission signifies that all research has been conducted in accordance with recognized ethical guidelines, including ethics approval for studies involving humans, animals, or sensitive data.
6. Rights of the Journal
The journal reserves the right to edit or format the manuscript to meet publication standards. If the manuscript is rejected or withdrawn before acceptance, no rights are transferred to the journal.
