The Editorial Office of Innovations in Plant and Environmental Sciences Research (IPESR) is pleased to announce that no Article Processing Charges (APC) or submission fees are currently applied for manuscripts submitted to our upcoming issue. All accepted papers will be published free of cost, ensuring equitable access to scientific dissemination for researchers worldwide.

This temporary waiver aims to support scholars, particularly early-career researchers and those from resource-limited regions, by providing an open-access platform without financial barriers. Authors are encouraged to submit original research articles, reviews, and short communications that fall within the scope of plant sciences, environmental sciences, and related interdisciplinary fields.
