Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors must confirm compliance with the following requirements. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors for correction.

Manuscript Requirements 

  • Metadata Accuracy: The metadata of the author and all co-authors is complete in all aspects. Names and affiliations of the author and co-authors are not mentioned anywhere in the main manuscript file.
  • Review the journal’s Aims and Scope to determine whether your manuscript aligns with the topics and standards covered by the journal.
  • Prepare your article using the provided Microsoft Word.
  • Verify that all aspects related to publication ethics, research ethics, copyright, authorship, image and figure preparation, data presentation, and reference formatting have been properly addressed.
  • Confirm that every contributing author has reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript and is familiar with the journal’s Instructions for Authors.

Manuscript Submission Overview

Authors are advised to prepare their manuscripts using the official Microsoft Word template. This template helps ensure proper formatting and significantly reduce the time needed for copy-editing and processing after acceptance. Please note that the combined size of all submission files should not exceed 100 MB.
